Terms of service.

1. Booking & deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the chair. Deposits are credited toward your final service total.

2. Cancellations & rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full service price.

3. Late arrivals

We hold your chair for 10 minutes past your appointment time. After that, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at the stylist's discretion to respect other guests' bookings.

4. Payment processing

All card payments are processed by Stripe. Star Plus Studios does not store full card numbers on its servers. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.

5. Service results

Our stylists do everything to match your desired look, but final results vary based on hair type, condition, and starting state. Adjustments within 7 days of service are complimentary at the original stylist's discretion.
