What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, selected service, stylist, and appointment time. We do not collect or store full card numbers — payment details are submitted directly to Stripe.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm your appointment, send reminders, process your deposit, and follow up on your visit. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Security

All traffic to our site is encrypted with 256-bit TLS. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, certified as a PCI DSS Service Provider Level 1. Your booking data is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@starplusstudios.example and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the booking flow (session and Stripe checkout). No advertising or analytics trackers.
